An international tool Manudem India is a subsidiary of the Manudem Group; founded in 2008, and located in Bangalore (in southern India).

 

The purpose of this unit is to satisfy expectations for competitive and « low cost » prices. Nevertheless we take care to respect Manudem France’s policy, based on the quality and the guarantee of our screw cutting and machining products.

The development of this Indian subsidiary involves a permanent investment strategy, enabling us to satisfy international standards and to maintain our customer loyalty.

Manudem India has obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification; this is the proof of possessing a really efficient organisation and optimum work quality. We intend to continue this policy of obtaining certifications to accelerate the company’s expansion and open new markets for it.

Having a shared interest with MANUDEM France, its parent company, Manudem India has the goal of positioning itself as a specialist in screw cutting and machining in the connector, aeronautical, automobile and defence sectors, as well as in medical and communications equipment.

Thanks to our production capacities, we can produce small, medium or large series. Consequently we can satisfy any machining requirement and adapt to all sectors of activity, while still guaranteeing « low cost » prices.

We also work with a wide range of raw materials, supplied by local or international manufacturers. We can also limit our action to handling certain intermediate production operations, whether machining, screw cutting or treatment.

Our selection criteria for local labour are very strict, reflecting the policy of Manudem France. This staffing and training action is continuous in order to feed the development of the unit.

French technical aids are available and also represent an alternative for updating knowledge and technical savoir faire.

Our machine inventory is constantly evolving and is formed exclusively of new machines. Currently, this inventory mainly enables us to perform turning and milling operations on raw material, or intermediate operations.

We can also handle the assembly of your products and carry out additional manual operations.
