Screw cutting

Manudem is a company specialising in screw cutting, a manufacturing field in which revolving parts (screws, bolts, pins, etc.) are machined from bars of specific materials by material removal using cutting tools selected by our experts in production.

Thanks to a very varied machine inventory, parts are machined in small, medium or large series on conventional automatic lathes (cam type) or numerical control (precision screw cutting). They are machined one after the other from a bar (or slug), with the main goal of achieving optimum productivity and precision.
