Medical Machining – Screw cutting

Manudem’s savoir-faire also extend to the machining of materials specially suitable for the manufacture of components in titanium (TA6V..), stainless steel and plastic linked to the medical sector.

Thanks to the capacities of our design office and our mechanical engineering small screw cutting shop, we have developed significant competences in medical machining, particularly in the production of dental implants. Consequently we are able to machine widely diverse materials (stainless steel, titanium, plastic, etc) and satisfy the expectations of manufacturers in this very demanding sector.
